Carlandoo - 1:32 Fully 3D printed crawler
thingiverse
This is a fully 3D printed working RC model that's compatible with Orlandoo Wrangler body (Jeep). You can find links to the body and other printable bodies at the bottom. Build video available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lzFsBAROm0 Detailed build instructions are below: First, print all parts once. Then, print one additional front wheel coupling flipped, one additional rear wheel hub, one additional front wheel hub, and three additional wheels in TPU. To assemble the model, you'll need some extra parts. These include four springs (you can use the springs from two pens), two 1.5m 10mm screws, four 2m 8mm screws, and four 2m 20mm screws. For electronics, you'll need three 2.2g servos, one brushed 1s ESC, a 1s battery (the Tiny Whoop battery is recommended), a battery connector (the MXCP connector is recommended), and a micro PWM 4 channel receiver if you want to control it via a remote. If you want to control the model via a phone or the internet, you'll need an ESP8266. Follow the code instructions in the GitHub repository linked below. For FPV, you'll need one additional 2.2g servo and an FPV AIO camera (a detached camera from a transmitter works best). You'll also need an FPV camera mount. The model is compatible with several bodies, including the Original Wrangler from Orlandoo, my own D90 body, and my own Series body. Extra credits go to Calisto for their tire design and samdsx for their wheel hub design.
