The System\nmust scrutinize the video feed from an integrated camera and forecast/predict potential hazards that could imperil a child's life. The System is required to thwart the following scenarios:\n1. A child being abandoned in a vehicle.\n2. Identification of any hazardous environmental factors surrounding the child. Furthermore, the System will engage with mobile applications operating on either Android or iOS platforms and transmit information regarding the child's current location.
