Cargo strap spool with old CDs

Cheap and quick printable spool for 25-30mm cargo straps makes sense. All other spools I've found are much bigger to print, resulting in long printing times and costs that are too high. Old CDs or DVDs, even old Blu-rays, can be repurposed as sidewalls. The spool body prints in 10-15 minutes and requires only 3.5g of material. Use a heat-resistant material; I used PETG. When storing the spools in the car in the sun, PLA deforms. PETG is strong enough; see the last photo.
