Cargo Ship (Indonesia - boardgame)
thingiverse
Here are small cargo ships for Splotter's game Indonesia, for use with flags. Likewise small flag holders for companies, and a hull size indicator which provides a useful alternative to the original Splotter bottom row on the board. What does they have that makes them good? What is wrong with the wood? (1a)**Update!**, the second ship (both provided as a single, but also as a composite) slants the flag, which makes it easier to place/remove coins from the hull. Likewise, the ships are 10% larger, and have a deeper hull. (1)b During production, each ship being used to deliver to the cities need to carry up to five 5 rupee coins; the wooden ships are a little bit small for that. (2) The game comes with a limited number of ships. Here it is easy enough to print 23 of each colour - which will be more than enough for the game. (3) There is an (optional) hole for a flag - in which case flags can be used for the six different shipping companies - and then only 26 ships altogether need to be printed. For flags, there are plenty of cheap 'Colored Flag Push Pins'. The cargo hold accepts the cardboard Rs5 that comes with the game, but will also accept other coins smaller than 20mm. Our favourite are the very cheap, small chinese-style 19mm repro coins (often called 2cm, but actually a little smaller) which can be bought by the 100. UK 5p coins (or similar) fit well also.
