This is an end cap to fit aluminium cargo track with a curved profile (so-called "airline track"). This is the aluminium track with circular holes every 1 inch along the length often called "L track", "Logisitic track" or "Airline track", and is used to secure equipment and racking in vans, trucks, etc as well as the seats in airliners. My office chair is a seat from an Avro RJ100 aircraft and sits on a home-made frame comprising aluminium airline track with cross bars for rigidity. I designed these simple end caps to both tidy up the look of the end of the airline track and to reduce the amount of pain experienced when accidentally kicking the sharp end of the track! The design uses 0.12mm "magic number" layer heights for a smooth finish on my Ender 3.
