Careta Covid. When paired with regular acetate, this design provides excellent protection against direct splashes to the face, reducing the spread of COVID-19. In collaboration with Dr. Jesús Morga, we modified an existing design that I brought in from unknown sources to meet our specific usage needs. With this design, you can wear goggles and painter-style masks underneath the Careta Covid. You can also attach letter-sized or A4 acetate sheets to it, thanks to the clever pin design, which clicks securely into place and doesn't come loose. No laser cutter is needed to punch holes in the acetate; a simple paper perforator does the job perfectly, allowing you to make 10-15 holes at once.
