I love Wind Spinners. I've designed / 3D printed several. I saw this cardinal design on Amazon ( https://amzn.to/2RLLVHN ) and made it to be 3D printed and to fit on the Prusa i3 MK3 build plate. The design uses two opposing sets of wings. The airfoils aim the opposite directions. The support rods are pretty flimsy for heavy winds.
