I'm sharing one of my wallets with you today. It's called the Cardinal Wallet, and I decided to show it off. Since it's a commercial product, I won't be able to remove the logo slot, but you're free to customize it however you like, including adding your own design or selling it yourself. The wallet looks a bit different from the one in my video and pictures because I made some minor adjustments, but the overall design remains the same. To assemble the key, you'll need a small magnet - you can make one by carefully chiseling a ceramic magnet with a hammer and chisel if needed - and glue it into the main body. You'll also need to attach something metallic to the back of the key holster and file down your key. I used two small screws, but any metallic material will do, or you can use glue if necessary. The wallet prints in three main parts (excluding the lever and key holster), so you'll need to glue them together. I recommend using epoxy for the cover and contact cement (or epoxy) for the money clip, but any adhesive you prefer is fine. If the arm wobbles, you can use a small washer or piece of rubber at the hinge - a nail works great as a fulcrum for the hinge. To prevent the cards from falling out, it's essential to get a high-quality thick rubber band and trim it to size as shown in my photo. When printing the main body without support, make sure the two "arms" where the rubber bands will go are wobbling and flexing properly before assembling. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Infill: Higher is better Notes: I print in PLA. The main body, lever arm, and cover should be printed flat so that no supports are needed (don't print with supports). The key holster should be oriented with the slot facing up to avoid needing support. Print the money clip separately, possibly with a raft, because it needs to print standing up vertically to ensure flexibility and prevent breakage.
