Cardinal Cessna 117 Fuel Drain Cap

This part is custom-designed for a 1977 Cessna 177. It fits snugly into the fuel drain cavity, making the top completely flush while keeping the lever securely closed. The part appears to be vacuum formed, which means there may be slight variations between aircraft models. To ensure a secure fit and prevent rattling, we used velcro to hold it in place and absorb any excess space. To withstand the high cabin temperatures that can occur when an aircraft is left in direct sunlight, ASA, ABS, or Nylon materials are highly recommended for this part.
