Cardboard VR easy to print easy to assemble

I know there are many fantastic designs out there, but some can be tricky to create, others are too fragile, others demand supports, screws, and other equipment, so I've designed one that requires zero support, zero screws, and is a breeze to print. The only thing you need is a small amount of glue and five minutes of assembly time. It's intended for use with 25 mm diameter 45mm focal lenses available on either eBay or AliExpress. For the hinge mechanism, use PLA or ABS filament of 1.75 mm. To keep your phone in place, use rubber bands. It's designed to fit most phones and I deliberately omitted a proper locking mechanism due to varying phone sizes. It should take about twelve hours of printing on most printers or slightly longer depending on your settings. I use a 0.2 layer height and 30-35% infill. Important note: Please be aware that this case is suited for phones up to 5.1 inches. If it's bigger than 5.5 inches, it will protrude from the case and the top part of the screen won't be fully visible. Enjoy.
