Son set his heart on becoming Sensei Wu for Halloween this year and he required a life-size staff to make the costume truly authentic. I had an unused cardboard tube left over from rolled carpet remnants that needed end-caps to complete it. To achieve this, I created a quick, flush, and chamfered end-cap design that would fit snugly into each end. The tube's dimensions were 43.8mm in ID and 50.6mm in OD.
