Cardboard Rivet v1
thingiverse
Kits are available as an alternative to tape when constructing cardboard forts with the kids. Rivets secure sheets of corrugated cardboard together, enabling children and adults to be highly creative. Guidelines: To start building a kit, print the design in ABS without supports or rafting at a layer thickness of .1mm. The process also works with PLA prints set at .3, but it may be necessary to adjust the size of the washer for a proper fit.
