Here are the 2D vector design files for our WholesomeFPV Cardboard Quad, as showcased on YouTube! We utilized regular corrugated cardboard that we had readily available and reinforced it with Epsilon Pro epoxy resin from Smooth-On. We also added a few drops of Ignite fluorescent green pigment from Smooth-On. These resin products worked exceptionally well for us, and we believe that epoxy resin reinforced cardboard is a lightweight, strong, and delightfully low-tech material to create multi-rotor airframes out of. We hope our video series inspires you to build and fly your own cardboard quads, and makes you realize that the materials to build your dream quad are likely lying around your house. Have fun experimenting and enjoy happy flying!
