The goal is to print both parts, TOP and BASE, in succession. Next, use thick 5mm cardboard to build walls, requiring precise cuts that necessitate careful handling of scissors or knives to avoid accidents. I've designed custom shapes to hold the cardboard firmly in place, but it's possible additional adhesive will be needed for a secure fit.
