Cardboard Construction Screws for the classroom

Cardboard Construction Screws for the classroom

I'm designing a set of innovative, 3D printable cardboard construction screws and handle. To create the handle, I employed the use of supports during printing. However, for the screws, I opted not to utilize any supports, instead relying on the printer's capabilities to produce high-quality results. The Sainsmart Ender 3 is my go-to machine for this project, and I've set it to a layer height of 0.2mm to achieve precision and accuracy. While deeper threads would be beneficial, they require the use of supports, which can lead to excessive cleanup when printing multiple pieces at once. Fortunately, my 220 by 220 bed allows me to print an impressive 36 pieces simultaneously!
