I embarked on a solo Saturday project, determined to craft a scale model of an airplane using only discarded cardboard pieces. My goal was to design a plane that could be effortlessly cut, molded, and assembled without requiring any specialized tools or materials. I sketched out the aircraft's framework in Solidworks, relying heavily on sheet metal components to give it a robust and aerodynamic shape.
