Cardapult V2 another business card catapult

This compact device, resembling a business card, unfolds into a mini desktop catapult for launching small objects. Watch it in action here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rv8u7rttdBM. After creating the initial Cardapult design (on Instructables), improvements were made for simplicity and strength. The axles were upgraded to 3/8" from 1/4", the upper arm lengthened and lightened, and leg complexity reduced. Instructions involve cutting thin parts from a .014" thick 120lb cover, and thicker parts from .028" mat board. Alternatively, two layers of thinner material could be laminated or thicker material used. Dotted lines on thin components should be perforations/creases. The V-shaped lower arm isn't glued but held by circular axles glued to thin components. Be cautious not to glue legs when assembling, and a size 8 rubber band is recommended.
