This custom card was precision-cut from sturdy 3mm ribbon cardboard using a laser cutter.\nThe logo is beautifully etched into the surface with exceptional detail.\nThe text is clearly marked on the exterior, making this card truly unique.\nThe silhouette of the tool is expertly cut through only one side, allowing for a crisp finish.\nA Trotec Speedy 100 laser cutter was used to bring this design to life; settings can be viewed in the image above.\nTo separate the top layer from the rest of the design, simply tear it away gently.\nThe custom-designed tools created using a 3D printer from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1212531 fit snugly inside this card.\nThe text was typeset in a clean, single-line font that can be downloaded for free at http://www.vhf-interservice.com/index_gb.html - minor adjustments were made to remove extra lines before cutting.\nThis one-of-a-kind card was designed and crafted as a gift for the Makerspace ZB45 in Amsterdam to commemorate its 3-year anniversary.
