Here is the link to customize this object again: https://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=54395 Using these settings: * The no-angle setting is turned ON * I am not building a plate manually, but selecting from options instead. * Each cog has a length of 2.5 units. * My build plate manual settings are X and Y values at 100 units. * The holes drilled into the object will have diameters of 4.2 units each. * Resolution (RES) is set to a very detailed setting of 100 dpi or dots per inch. * Each cog on this device is identical and will number 100 total parts. * Cogs have been widened at the tip by an additional half unit for added traction, making them wider than their bases overall with tip width being .5 units as the default. * The total height of this mechanism comes in at 6.45 units when built correctly, but does not extend higher past the cog tops since tips stand about 4.7 units above ground-level. * Width and depth can both be reduced or expanded by altering internal diameters down from their starting value or upwards towards maximum size limit; in fact each new diameter choice may change dimensions slightly to reflect user intent!
