Card holder

I iterated upon http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:741041, crafting it from scratch with 123D Design as its originator. Secrid wallet inspiration fueled this creation. Due to issues printing the shaft strong using PLA - now utilizing aluminum tubing instead - a hole was left in the base/lid. The shaft dimensions measure 6mm x 9mm (OD x Length). Required materials and tools are an Exacto knife, wet sandpaper with 1000 grit, epoxy glue, and a 6mm rod/tubing. Print settings included: using a Wanhao Duplicator i3 printer; no raft support needed; a resolution of 0.1 was used; 50% infill for the main body but 100% for the lever; printed with Flashforge PLA at 210C; printing at a speed of 30mm/s; using a bed temperature of 60C; and utilizing Cura as the slicer. Following successful prints, post-processing tasks must be completed: trimming the edges of the base/lid/lever and ensuring flush fits between each component. It may also be necessary to wet sand down the lid and lever edges to account for printer dimensional accuracy or a slight tolerance in printing design.
