I designed this label/card holder in Fusion 360 for my wife, who bakes cakes for events, and she needed a way to identify them. Simply 3D print the holder, then slip a card between its tines. I printed these at full size and reduced it by half, and they turned out well on my Creality Ender 3 - lay flat on the bed. I added supports because the tines are offset, so not all of them would lie flat on the bed. This allows the card insert to sit securely without bending too much - support is minimal and easy to remove. I printed at 50% infill to make sure they're strong enough - you could likely print with lower infill if you wanted. I hope this helps!
