I've uploaded three versions of a simple angled card holder: 10cm, 12.5cm, and 15cm. The 12.5cm size is ideal for Hanabi or other games where four cards need to be held in place. For two-player Hanabi, which requires holding five cards, the 15cm version is recommended.
