Card holder
thingiverse
Keep your card decks secure during gameplay with this sleek sleeve holder! This design accommodates standard sized cards in sleeves, holding up to approximately 60 cards per deck. Tested and approved at a recent Friday Night Magic event, it proved to be an essential addition to the gaming table. The curious glances from fellow players only confirmed that 3D printed designs are becoming increasingly popular. For those interested in expanding their card game collection, consider designing a larger version for EDH/Commander decks (100 cards). However, feel free to tweak and improve upon this design as desired. While there are numerous deck boxes available on Thingiverse, this holder stands out due to its convenient dispensing feature during gameplay. To print, simply follow the instructions: print, trim or sand if necessary, and then enjoy playing your favorite card games with ease. The original version faced some fragility issues, so I made improvements by adding thickness to the bottom ramps and filling in gaps. Despite ReplicatorG encountering errors during gcode generation, the printing process was seamless. For optimal performance, print at 35% infill on a Thing-O-Matic.
