This is a custom card guard designed specifically for use with bicycle, tally ho, or similar playing cards. You can easily adjust it to fit any card case using Simplify 3D software. To watch the entire process, click below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5QwwC2_XA-c Print Settings: Printer: Rostock modified Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 mm is recommended, but you can go lower if desired Infill: Print with 10-20% infill or solidify every layer at 100%, whichever suits your preference Notes: This model was printed in ABS on a hotend set to 265 degrees Celsius and a heatbed at 110 degrees Celsius to prevent cracking. When printing, make sure to use a larger brim to prevent material curling during the print process.
