I designed and printed this card dealer for her. It is easy to print and does not need any support. However, you need a rubber ring for the rubber ring disc. I found one in a commercial faucet seal. It has an inner diameter of 15mm.
Maybe you can also print it in TPU. But I have not tried that.

You can see how it is put together in the pictures. For the safety ring and the crank you need a drop of glue. There are two different cranks. Please check which crank is suitable for you before gluing.

Push the height limiter down until only one card can pass through the slot. You have to try something here.

A little grease on the axle helps with insertion and rotation.

I have added the rubber ring as a file, but please do not print this in PLA or other solid filaments.

Unfortunately, I found out later that there are bigger playing cards on the market than I have. Our cards fit perfectly into the container with its inner dimension of 60x90mm.

Very old and worn cards will not work as they stick too much to each other.

That's why I have added step files so that everyone can make their own size or design.

printed in PLA, 0.2 layerhight.
