Gaming CoastersA fun little project I made with Epoxy and left over PETG filament I had.Size: 95mm x 95mm x 6mmYou can mix and match the shapes as you like, I recommend printing the Coaster Rings with a .2 nozzle if you want to keep as much details as possible for the outer shapes with snug supports.Use a 100% infill for the desired card/dice shapes, this will prevent them from floating up.I used 4 inch tape on which I placed the Coaster Ring, this provided sufficient seal to prevent the Epoxy from leaking out.I recommend adding the Epoxy in 2 steps (without the shapes they can hold about 47ml of Epoxy):1) Fill the Coaster Ring with approximatively 20ml of Epoxy only (should be around half full), use a Heat Gun to remove the bubbles then wait about 4h.2) After the wait time, add 20ml of Epoxy then add and position the desired shapes in the ring. You should be able to gently push them in the previous Epoxy layer (don't go too deep, you want the shape to be roughly in the middle) Use a Heat Gun to remove the bubbles and distribute the Epoxy evenly. After that add a bit more Epoxy so that it becomes flush with the top of the Coaster Ring. It might take you a few tries to get the desired results, be careful with the Heat Gun, try not to push the Epoxy over the edges of the ringYou can use wooden toothpicks to help the Epoxy to stick to the edges of the ring. For the Dice, I've printed the Dots separately since I don't have the AMS for multicolor printing, they fit snuggly in the Dice so no need to glue them. (At least they did with my machine)
