This card shuffler is designed specifically for standard poker-sized cards, although smaller size cards will also work perfectly well.\nThe design can be easily printed using FFF & SLA style printers with a build volume of 130 x 130 x 130 mm.\nUPDATE: October 29, 2018\nI've uploaded the .STP files as well for those who want to make some edits and share their modifications with others.\nUPDATE: August 21, 2017\nAfter receiving feedback from a few testers, I made a version 2 of the shuffler. It now features:\nA larger maximum card size\nA foot under the card holder for added stability\nClips to keep the roller in place (Some people had it working without the clips)\nHowever, there are still some things left to do:\nImproving the connection between the stops and the bottoms\nI'd love to hear your thoughts on this design!\nUPDATE: July 5, 2017\nI've been improving the shuffler's design by decreasing the angle of the rollers and adjusting some tolerances.\nI would greatly appreciate it if someone other than me could test the design. If you're willing to help, please leave a message!\nPrint Settings\nPrinter Brand: FlashForge\nPrinter Model: Finder\nRafts: Not required\nSupports: Yes\nResolution: Varies by file\nInfill: Varies by file Post-Printing To assemble this shuffler, you will need the following parts:\n1x M4x16 bolt\n1x M4x40 bolt\n2x M4 nuts\n4x O-rings (or a rubber band or hot glue gun) for gripping to the 3D printed surface Video This video shows the entire process of shuffling the cards.
