I designed this after scrutinizing some of the other ideas featured here (and even printing some with subpar reviews from individuals who tested it). Following my experiment, I decided to start over. This design is intended for use with a 608 bearing pressed into the hole below the carousel itself. To assemble it, begin by pressing the bearing onto the base and then press both pieces into the carousel itself – you decide which method will work best for your needs. It shouldn't require much pressure at all. I recommend printing the top piece at a minimum of 30% infill to prevent damage during assembly, especially if you're using a vise like I did.
