Card box with clip
thingiverse
I desperately needed a box to store my business cards stash, but I couldn't find one that was large enough or secure enough. So I spent an hour and a half sketching one up myself. A clip, a loop holder - these were the options I considered. But the clip wasn't reliable enough and is hard to print well with PLA, while the loop holder is too delicate and will likely break off or get jammed if there's a clip system holding it. I'm currently printing it out to test and hopefully, it'll work right away. I'll keep you updated as necessary. Designed using Onshape Print Settings Printer: Oak i3 Rafts: It doesn't matter. Supports: No. Resolution: What exactly does that even mean? Infill: 0%. Notes: I'm using 200µm layering with a 5-layer raft and a 500µm nozzle. 100% infill failed... Lots of lower layers to fill the base, no infill for the walls... -TEST How I Designed This Onshape https://cad.onshape.com/documents/22c93edce2ca458b847522fe/w/59aa864032e035bb21f66d72/e/ddbbbb6a00b7c78a9703a775
