I create custom tabbed inserts for boxed playing cards, perfect for organizing a collection and keeping different types of cards separate during board games with numerous fiddly decks and sub-decks. This OpenSCAD file generates printable STL files or 2D SVG outlines suitable for laser-cutting; these separators work great when cut from 1/16 inch cardboard, as well as the usual acrylic or wood.
