I have numerous Carcassonne expansions and consequently multiple plastic bags containing meeples, tower pieces, bridges, sheep tokens, ferries, etc. To keep all these components neatly organized, I created two custom boxes that perfectly fit inside one standard expansion box (inner dimensions: 130 x 179 mm).
