18/01/2024 REMODELADA CON MEJOR AJUSTE Y DISEÑO: Remodelada_NEW_amazfit Bip3.stlLa carcasa diseñada y fabricada mediante impresión 3D es una solución ingeniosa para resolver un problema que me surgió con el smartwatch Amazfit BIP 3. Lo creé específicamente debido a la rotura de uno de los agujeros originales destinados a sujetar la correa del reloj, lo que invalidó su funcionalidad. Este inconveniente se me presentó después de que venciera el período de garantía del dispositivo.La dificultad de obtener el tipo exacto de plástico utilizado en la fabricación original para realizar la reparación tradicional por fusión y aporte de plástico a la rotura, me llevó a la decisión de diseñar una carcasa personalizada. Esta nueva carcasa impresa en 3D cuenta con soportes precisos que permiten asegurar la correa del smartwatch, solucionando así el problema de sujeción a la muñeca.La impresión 3D me proporcionó la ventaja de poder adaptar el diseño de la carcasa a las especificaciones requeridas, ofreciendo una solución única y a medida para restablecer la funcionalidad del dispositivo, con la ventaja añadida de poder elegir el color. Esta iniciativa resuelve la dificultad de reparación convencional al no poder acceder al material original y muestra la versatilidad de la tecnología de impresión 3D para crear piezas personalizadas y funcionales, brindando una solución innovadora ante desafíos técnicos específicos.18/01/2024 REMODELED WITH BETTER FIT AND DESIGN: Remodeled_NEW_amazfit Bip3.stlThe casing, designed and manufactured through 3D printing, is a clever solution to address an issue I encountered with the Amazfit BIP 3 smartwatch. I created it specifically due to the breakage of one of the original holes intended to secure the watch strap, rendering it non-functional. This inconvenience arose after the device's warranty period had expired.The difficulty of obtaining the exact type of plastic used in the original manufacturing for traditional repair through plastic fusion and addition to the breakage led me to the decision to design a custom casing. This new 3D-printed casing features precise supports that allow securing the smartwatch strap, thus solving the wrist attachment problem.3D printing provided me with the advantage of adapting the casing design to the required specifications, offering a uniquely tailored solution to restore the device's functionality, with the added benefit of choosing the color. This initiative addresses the difficulty of conventional repair by not being able to access the original material and showcases the versatility of 3D printing technology in creating customized and functional parts, providing an innovative solution to specific technical challenges.
