Carburettor Stack for Weber 34 ICH. I've been using a Weber 34 ICH as a substitute for a Stromberg SU HS2. A pancake type air filter has worked reasonably well, but I wanted to switch to a more common K&N style filter made cheaply in China. However, there's an issue with this idea - the low-cost 60-58mm motorcycle air filters restrict airflow to 40mm diameter internally over the Weber's 52mm internal throat. My solution is to use a small two into one type stack to enable two air filters to be run at once. Here are my redesigned versions, after a second and third rethink. My original design based on an inline v-twin would not fit, so I reworked it twice. Printer: JGAurora A5. Rafts: Yes or No. Supports: Yes or No. Resolution: 0.2mm. Infill: 70% or 100%. Shells: Three. Filament: Regular PLA Black. Notes: All support is needed for prints, rafts are optional. Solid Wheels require support. Keep the same orientation for print strength. 3D Printer: JGAurora A5. OS: Linux Mint 18.3 Sonya 64-bit. Software: FreeCAD Version 0.18.4; ideaMaker Ver. 3.6.0.4300 Beta. FreeCAD Version 0.18.4 was used to create all of the designs.
