<p>Carburetor Adapter Plate with Vacuum For Kohler SV600-3224</p> <p>by RebelTaz</p> <p>I swapped engines on a Cub Cadet in my shop without thinking it through first. The original blown engine utilized a vacuum operated fuel pump because the tank was in the rear. The engine I was swapping in didn't need a pump since the mower from which it was removed had a gravity feed system. Taking a cue from motorcycle fuel pumps, I decided to try and pull vacuum for the pump from the intake manifold. This engine already had a plastic manifold, so all I had to do was make it a tad bit thicker and add a port into which I could screw a barbed fitting. To my surprise, it worked like a charm!</p> <p>I printed this out of PETG at 0.2mm layer height with 1.6mm walls and 40% infill. To help seal against the gaskets, I smeared high-temp RTV silicone on both faces before installing it.
