This is a custom carburetor plug designed specifically for stock Walbro carburetors commonly found on 2-stroke motors. My particular setup features this plug on my SV4 plane, which is equipped with a Zenoah motor. The primary reason I installed the plug was to prevent fuel spills during transportation when storing the plane in my car. Another key benefit of using this plug is that it helps ensure the engine will start reliably after travel, eliminating the need for multiple attempts. I also use the plug as a choke mechanism, allowing me to quickly get the motor running with just one or two turns. When I first tried out the plane with the plug in place, I was impressed by how easily the engine started up. To ensure optimal performance, it's essential to 3D print this plug using Ninja Flex material for its superior sealing properties. After a year of regular use, I've had no issues whatsoever with this setup.
