I based the design of my Carbonoid D1 printer's end effector on the work I did for the OpenBeam Kossel Pro. This end effector is specifically designed for the E3D Volcano hotend, and it can be easily modified to accommodate 1.75 mm or 3 mm filament by simply printing a different holder clip. The end effector base also features an 18 mm hole that's perfect for mounting an inductive bed sensor. I've also included support for the E3D V6, which requires only the addition of fan ducts to function properly.
