I was fed up with constantly having to measure out the sugar for my homemade beer's in-barrel-carbonization process, so I created this handy scoop that holds exactly 41.5 ml or approximately 35 grams of regular sugar, the perfect amount for carbonating a small 5-liter keg. Further testing is needed and updates will be made as necessary.
