This part is a front mudguard designed specifically for the Jasion ES Pro Electric Scooter, equipped with a powerful 150mm hub motor. The mudguard features four hex bolt holes that are precisely 6mm in diameter and include a robust 9x2mm countersink to secure the bolt heads firmly. The base plate measures 50W x 65L x 5mm deep, providing a solid foundation for the mudguard. Notably, the bolt holes are strategically placed 4mm away from the corners of the base plate. To ensure a seamless integration with your scooter, I've included the base plate file for you to test print and verify its fit before proceeding. If the base plate fits perfectly, you can simply print the entire mudguard file; however, if it requires adjustments, please modify the base plate and merge it with the other file before printing. I've personally printed this mudguard twice using different infill settings to evaluate its performance. Initially, I printed it at 100% infill, which took approximately 10 hours to complete. The resulting print was extremely durable, but be aware that it consumed a significant amount of filament. In contrast, I also tried printing with 20% infill, and although it seemed satisfactory, I personally prefer the 100% infill option. When printing the mudguard on its side, you should expect to spend an additional hour on print time due to the overhanging design. To achieve a successful print, ensure that you add supports to the overhangs during the printing process.
