I downloaded burrtools, a free software available at http://burrtools.sourceforge.net/, to re-export the puzzle pieces with a 0.15mm offset. This adjustment allowed for smooth assembly while keeping the final puzzle piece snugly in place. I printed a few of these puzzles in different colors using my Kossel Mini 3D printer.
