Carbon filter adaptor for Flashforge Dreamer
thingiverse
I give you an idea for utilizing any kitchen aspirator's carbon filter in cleaning your 3D printer's exhaust. If the identical filter shown in a picture is available, simply download, print, and assemble all components. Alternatively, if it can't be found, use parts 1 and 2 to create an adapter for any existing filter. All dimensions are precise, so I recommend printing part 1 first, then verifying its dimensions through your printer's output. Next, scale up part 2 in the slicer according to your filament's expected shrinkage rate. I used PLA for part 1, resulting in no shrinkage at all. For part 2 made from ABS, I scaled the dimensions up by 1%. The assembly of parts 2 and 3 will require some adhesives. Additionally, you'll have eight M4 x 30 mm bolts to securely attach part 1 to your printer.
