Mushroom Your Tent Pole ==================== I bought carbon fibre tent poles to use with my Aliexpress Lanshan 2 tent. They work great but with an 8mm diameter tip, they don't spread the pressure as much as the handle on a trekking pole would. So I made a mushroom that pressure fits (click!) onto the top of the pole and widens the pressure point a bit. They are sized with an 8mm hole for the tent pole tip. I need to trim a bit of 'elephant foot' off but other than that they fit fine. Edit: Now uploaded a version to fit a 15mm pole (Not tested yet).
