This is a straightforward gimbal designed for CNC cutting of carbon fiber or similar materials. It utilizes T-Motor 4106 motors from rctigermotor.com in conjunction with a simplebgc 32-bit rev2 controller and navio2 controller. The design is intended to be cut out of a combination of 1mm and 2mm carbon fiber, with separate layer and cut files provided for each material. I utilized a 0.6mm bit, securing the CF to 1/4" hardwood around 1/4" foamcore to enable running the bit at full depth, thereby reducing stress at the shank interface where breakage often occurs when cutting with the tip of the bit.
