Carbon Fiber Bed and Carriage for Bonsai 3D Printer
thingiverse
These are the DXF files needed to cut the bed and carriage out of carbon fiber (or any other material) for the Bonsai 3D Printer by caelf. I used M3x20mm tapered bolts and nuts to connect the bed and carriage and M3x12mm tapered bolts to connect the belt block to the carriage. After fitting everything I realized that the hardware hanging below the carriage made contact with the pieces that hold the Y axis linear rods, so I designed spacers for the linear bearings. I had the parts cut from 2mm plain weave by CNCMadness.
