I'm working on reviving Twin Carbon Arc Welding, aiming to design it with a steady duty cycle that can reach 20% without overheating and damaging the copper bar supports. As I progress, I'll be uploading additional photos and updates to share my process. To get started, you'll need some copper bars, two 1/4" copper pipe T-adapters, and high-quality jumper cables from Walmart to connect power from the arc welder. A reliable arc welder is also essential for this project, along with a few more components that will be revealed in subsequent updates.
