Carberator float bowl

In my toolbox, I'd stashed an idea for Wisconsin's 11 hp engine that's been rattling around - darn it, where did I put that stupid carburetor bowl? Remeasured the carbs and now know they require a 49mm diameter opening. Unfortunately, this one is slightly smaller so it might just fit on a 3hp Briggs engine instead. I'd already planned to drill out the hole for the bowl bolt, and to ensure it seals properly, I need to install a neoprene gasket underneath it as well.
