I'm having a problem with the roof vent spring lever in my caravan - it's broken after 42 years. Like many others, I have two options: buy a brand new roof vent or create my own replacement. To fix the issue, I modified the original ABS-part by slightly opening up the "C" portion. During the first attempt to attach the replacement part, it broke again. So, I decided to adjust the design and now it fits perfectly on the bolt!
