I replaced the door retainer on my Abbey Aventura with a new one after the original snapped, and the replacement fits perfectly, almost too snugly. If I were to reproduce the part, I'd scale it up to 99% of its original size for printing purposes, but a gentle sanding should easily correct any minor imperfections.
