Carabiner with Bag strap holder

Here's what I'm looking for: A carabiner that securely attaches to one side of my strap, allowing me to keep it in place at the bottom. This adjustable feature should have a clip-in component on the inside. A well-designed print would incorporate a PETG+Carbon Fiber core, a mobile closing mechanism, and an internal clip part also made from PETG. I've attached the necessary Fusion 360 files for your reference.
