First I downloaded and printed Carabiner by walter. While I really loved the overall design especially the way he designed the flexures and the printability, I could never get the carabiner to latch well. Luckily walter was very generous and made his Onshape available. With a few quick tweaks I made a latch that secures very nicely. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Notes: Print this out of Nylon 645. I use Simplify 3d to generate just a few easy to remove supports under and inside the latching parts.
