I will test various bearings with different tolerances, but please note that these have never been tested before, and I'll let you know my findings as I go along. Specifically, a tolerance of 0.225mm allows rollers to fit closely between the roller races, etc., for precise results. On the other hand, 0.3mm Conical bearings failed, with rollers dropping out due to improper alignment. However, a tolerance of 0.25mm on the conical design was successful, as the rollers did not fall off, but rather shifted sideways while rotating smoothly, allowing them to function correctly, though they would need additional rollers made with tighter tolerances for optimal performance. Since I am still learning about bearing design for 3D printing, I would greatly appreciate any comments from experts in this field of research and development.
